Our story
Vacations Amelia started the same way a lot of good island stories do — with a decision we knew would change everything.
We relocated to Amelia Island in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the community, the pace, and the pride people take in this place. Before long, we launched a local cleaning company to serve short-term rentals, working behind the scenes in dozens of homes and condos across the island.
That experience gave us a front-row seat to what truly separates an average stay from a five-star one. As owners and guests alike began asking for more hands-on support, Vacations Amelia naturally evolved into full-service short-term rental management.
Today, we combine our backgrounds in hospitality and real estate with an uncompromising standard for cleanliness and proactive communication. We don't believe five-star experiences happen by accident — they're built through attention to detail, responsive service, and treating every home like it's our own.
